Terms of Use

Revision of 26 Aug 2026

By using gramdirectory.com and our Telegram bot you agree to what follows. If any of it does not suit you, do not use the service — that is the honest outcome for both sides.

The service is provided by the operator of GramDirectory. Contact: privacy@gramdirectory.com.

What this service is

GramDirectory is a platform for Telegram channel owners and advertisers. It includes a catalogue of channels with measured metrics, analytics for your own channel, niche scouting, a cross-promotion exchange, an escrow-backed ad marketplace and a content engine that drafts posts.

Some features may be unavailable, under construction or subject to change. We are building a product, not shipping an unchanging box.

Access and your account

Sign-in goes through Telegram. There is no separate password here, so access to your account equals access to your Telegram account — look after it.

You are responsible for actions taken under your account. If you spot a session that is not yours, end it in your account and write to us.

Payment

While we are launching, every plan is free. There is no end date. When the free period draws to a close, we will give notice first — you will not discover a bill after the fact.

Prices on the plans page show what the service costs outside the free period. Payment is by cryptocurrency (USDT) and Telegram Stars.

Volume included in a plan expires at the end of the period and does not carry over. A purchased balance does not expire: that is money you paid, not an allowance we granted.

Your channel in the catalogue

The catalogue is assembled automatically from public Telegram channels. A channel appearing in it does not imply its owner is affiliated with us.

To manage your channel's page, you must claim it and prove ownership. Claiming someone else's channel is grounds for closing your access.

If you do not want your channel in the catalogue, write to privacy@gramdirectory.com and we will remove it.

Metrics

Reach, ER and posting frequency are measured by us, by reading the open part of a channel, rather than taken from what an owner claims. That is exactly why our numbers may differ from the statistics inside Telegram: a different method of counting, at a different moment.

We show when a channel was last measured. A metric is a measurement, not a guarantee of future advertising results.

Escrow-backed advertising

The ad marketplace works like this: the advertiser's money is held until the placement is confirmed, and only then released to the channel owner. Disputes are settled on the facts of the publication.

What both sides should know:

  • We do not edit creatives. If a text carries contact details routing around the platform, we do not quietly strip them — we decline the creative outright and list everything we found at once.
  • A change of payout details takes effect after 48 hours and is accompanied by a notification. This protects you from an address swap if your access is compromised.
  • A refund goes back to the address the money came from — that address is proven by the transaction itself.
  • A channel owner breaching placement terms (a post removed early, a swapped creative) is recorded, and it affects further access to the marketplace.

Cross-promotion exchange

An exchange of mentions between channels of comparable size. The condition for taking part is honouring your side: the post stays up for the agreed term and is not removed early.

The platform's fee is every tenth completed exchange. In the basket for channels under 500 subscribers there is no fee at all.

Content written by a model

The content engine prepares a draft from your talking points. The decision to publish is always yours, and so is responsibility for what gets published.

Language models make mistakes: they invent facts, confuse numbers and mistranslate. Check the text before publishing, especially where it carries figures, claims about people and companies, or anything resembling financial advice.

We claim no rights over your texts. You are responsible for having the right to publish the material you upload.

What you must not do

  • Pass someone else's channel off as your own.
  • Place anything through us that is prohibited by law or by Telegram's rules.
  • Inflate metrics in order to sell advertising at a higher price.
  • Bulk-scrape the catalogue in a way that interferes with the service.
  • Attempt to reach other people's accounts and data.

We may restrict or close access when these are breached. Where money in unfinished deals is involved, it is settled on the facts rather than forfeited.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and counting correctly, but we do not promise faultless operation and are not liable for:

  • decisions you make based on our metrics or texts;
  • the outcome of an advertising campaign — views, subscribers, sales;
  • the conduct of other users of the platform;
  • outages at Telegram, model providers or hosting.

Our liability is in any case limited to what you have paid us over the previous three months. While the service is free, that sum is zero — a direct consequence of your not paying for it.

Ending

You may leave at any time: write to us and your account will be deleted. We may stop providing the service with advance notice, except in cases of serious breach of these terms.

Changes

These terms may change, and the revision date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be announced in advance in your account or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new revision.

Disputes

Talks first: write to us and we will try to sort it out on the merits. We would rather examine facts than exchange letters between lawyers.
