Questions and answers
Briefly, how it all works.
About the catalogue
- Where do the channels come from?
- We find them ourselves: the scanner walks Telegram and records public metrics. No owner consent is needed to be listed — as with any directory of public pages.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- They are our measurements from the channel recent posts, not the owner word. We keep daily snapshots, so both the current value and the movement are visible.
- How do I remove a channel?
- Confirm you own it and write to us — we will remove it. Confirmation exists so that no stranger can delete your channel.
For owners
- What does claiming a channel give me?
- Control of the channel page, analytics with history and retrospective, niche scouting and access to the cross-promo exchange.
- How do I prove the channel is mine?
- Through our bot: it checks that you are an administrator of the channel. We never need passwords or access.
- What can the content engine do?
- Rewrite posts from donor channels, draft posts from your talking points and suggest a topic plan for your niche. The final text is always edited and published by you.
Exchange and growth
- How does a swap work?
- You find a channel of comparable reach, agree on a swap, and both posts are published through us at the agreed time.
- What is the guarantor?
- Publication and verification by us: the post goes out through us and is checked at random moments while the agreed time runs. A post taken down early is visible, and the swap does not count.
- What does the exchange cost?
- Every tenth swap is our commission. In the newcomers basket (channels under 500 subscribers) there is no commission at all.
Money
- How is volume counted?
- In characters. A Telegram post is cut at 4096 characters, so a post is not a unit; plans show both characters and the conversion into posts.
- What is overage?
- Payment for characters beyond your package at your plan rate. The starter promo has no overage: once spent, you pick a subscription.
- What can I pay with?
- Cryptocurrency (USDT) and Telegram Stars. Cards will come later.
- Do you refund?
- Crypto payments are technically irreversible, so there are no refunds — the $4.99 starter pack exists for getting acquainted.
For advertisers
- How do I pick a channel?
- Look at post reach and momentum rather than subscriber count: subscribers are the easiest thing to inflate.
- How do I place an ad?
- From the channel page: the “Place an ad here” button, a date from the owner’s schedule, their price and the text of the post. We hold the money until the post is out.
Privacy
- What do you store?
- Public channel data: description, metrics, post excerpts. We do not collect readers personal data.
- Where do post quotes come from?
- From the channel public posts — the same ones anyone sees when opening the channel in Telegram.
